One of our company values is Kaizen, it is a Japanese business philosophy meaning; “the process that continuously improve operations and involve all employees”. This seems simple but for most organisations “staying ahead of the game” can pose a lot of challenges. At The Engineering Hub we take great care in making sure everyone understands the important part they play in the organisation and this is also achieved by hosting business training with professional business coaches like Pascal Pau. Pascal has been involved with the company for 4 years as a business coach to our Managing Director, Wesley Augustyn. He plays a key role in the training sessions with The Engineering Hub staff on a regular basis. These sessions are there to add value for staff by helping them implement key habits for success and cope with the pressure of work. As the word Kaizen suggests; “continuous improvement”.
