Formerly known as Black Sheep Industries, the company was founded in 2011 and has its head office in the friendly city of Port Elizabeth, South Africa.
Our comprehensive engineering & automation capabilities have created a vibrant “ENGINEERING HUB”.
Our Engineering HUB consists of the following business units: Automation, Precision Engineering, Industrial Contracting and Marine Engineering.
We pride ourselves on service excellence and world-class quality workmanship.
We see our clients as true Business partners with whom we aim to build long-term mutually beneficial relationships.
Our History
The company was founded and initially started with Fabrication and distribution services.
Started supplying maintenance services to multinational factories.
Started Labour Contracting Services where the Company sourced skilled and semi-skilled artisans to multifunctional organisations.
Black owned holding company acquires 51.47% of the company, making it a BBBEE Level 2 contributor.
The company expands with the addition of its very own Engineering Division.
The company extends into the Marine industry with a dedicated Marine Engineering Division.
The company expands with the addition of its very own Automation Division.
In September 2020 the company moves to a new facility in Baakens Valley, with more than 4000 square meters of factory space.
Black Sheep Industries has created an 'Engineering Hub' making it easier for Companies to use one vendor for a variety of services while maintaining strict quality control and workmanship. We offer various engineering services accross four divisions: Automation, Precision Engineering, Industrial Contracting and Marine Engineering.

I am thrilled to announce that I have taken on the role of CEO, which I have named the “Customer and Employee Officer”. It has been an incredible journey over the past 12 years, with both ups and downs, but our company has grown into a successful engineering firm, competing with the best in the industry.
As I transition out of the managing director position, I am excited to spend more time with our customers and employees, which is where my passion lies.

Kendall's leadership experience and business acumen make him the ideal candidate to lead “The Engineering HUB” into the future. His vision for the company is to maintain its position as a leader in the industry while also exploring new opportunities for growth and expansion.
As Managing Director, Kendall will oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including engineering, manufacturing, sales, and management. He will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that will help the company achieve its goals and objectives.
Kendall's commitment to excellence and his focus on customer satisfaction make him the perfect fit for “The Engineering HUB”. He understands the importance of delivering quality products and services to customers, and he is dedicated to ensuring that the company continues to meet and exceed their expectations.

Duane Kritzinger

We are excited to announce the promotion of Duane Kritzinger to Engineering Director at The Engineering HUB. With over 25 years of industry experience and a proven track record of success, Duane has been an invaluable member of our team since he joined us in 2017.
Duane's dedication and hard work have earned him the reputation of being the "go-to guy" in the company. He is known for his willingness to take on any challenge and his ability to find solutions to even the most complex problems. His extensive knowledge of the engineering space has been instrumental in adding value to our business.
As Engineering Director, Duane will be responsible for leading the engineering team and overseeing all engineering operations. His expertise and experience will be critical in driving the company's growth and success in the fast-paced and ever-evolving engineering industry.

With 8 years of dedicated service to the company, Nadia has worked her way up through the ranks of the accounts department to become the heart and soul of the financial team. Her expertise and knowledge of the company's financial operations have been invaluable, providing essential support to all departments within the organization.
Nadia's promotion is a testament to her hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence. She has consistently demonstrated her ability to manage complex financial tasks with precision, ensuring that the company's financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
As the Financial Director, Nadia will be responsible for leading the financial team and overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
