DUTIES

• Ensuring materials and tools are available for the Artisan and Artisan's Assistant to work efficiently.
• Always ask about what is needed next and check if your team requires any other assistance.
• Cutting of materials accurately and neatly.
• Get drawings from the Artisan.
• Make sure you understand what needs to be done.
• Check with the Artisan that the plan is going to work.
• Make sure the finished product is neat and complete.
• Continuous cleaning of materials, tools and work areas - Housekeeping.
• Talk through and understand the task/s ahead.
• Prepare all the tools and equipment required for the job.
• Ensure that materials are available and prepared for the task/s ahead.
• Communicate with the Artisan when concerns are known.
• Able to work shifts if and when required
• Able to follow instructions
