DUTIES

Ensuring materials and tools are available to work efficiently
  • Always ask what is needed next and check if you require any other assistance.
Continuous cleaning of work areas

  • Talk through and understand the task/s ahead.
  • Prepare all the tools and equipment required for the job.
  • Communicate with Workshop Managers when uncertain or when challenges arise.

Health and Safety
  • Ensure all H&S (Health and Safety) procedures are adhered to.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety standards and willingness to wear the required PPE.

Assist with Administration Responsibilities
  • Ensure that job sheets are filled in timeously and are not to be completed during working hours.
Management, motivation and leadership
  • Accountable for your work, time, and delivery.
  • Meet required standards as per operating procedures.
  • Continuously strive to enhance individual contribution to add to team efforts.
  • Executes tasks timeouslyEnsure all H&S (Health and Safety) procedures are adhered to.
