MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 10 years experience in control systems engineering and project management.
• Proven track record in high-level project sales and customer relations, with a focus on international markets.

DUTIES

Technical Leadership:
• Oversee the design, development and implementation of control systems across various projects.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring project goals are met within set timelines and budgets.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Project Sales and Business Development:
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, both domestically and internationally.
• Lead sales presenations and negotiations, representing the company in a professional and compelling manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new market opportunities and develop strategic plans to increase the company’s market share.

Strategic Planning:
• Work closely with the executive team to align engineering projects with the
company’s strategic goals.

• Contribute to the development of long term strategies that will drive growth and
innovation in the control systems sector.

International Exposure:
• Manage international projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Adapt engineering solutions to meet the needs of diverse markets and culture.

Continuous Improvement:
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the control systems department.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the company
remains at the forefront of innovation.
